Dr. Joanna Bedell grew up in Miami, Florida. She attended Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with Cum Laude honors. Dr. Bedell attended the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine where she earned her Doctor of Medicine, and she completed her internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts.
As a leader and teacher, Dr. Bedell received the Resident of the Year award in 2016. Together with her sisters and mother, she is proud to join New Age Women’s Health and looks forward to many years of working together, serving the women of Miami and surrounding communities and advancing women’s health.
